Charlene N. Kirkpatrick

Charlene is a graduate teaching assistant at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, pursing a MS in Information Sciences with research emphasis on digital initiatives and information literacy. Prior to her time at UT, she attended the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga where she received a BA in English and American Language and Literature, with a concentration in British Literature, and a minor Criminal Justice. Charlene professional experience includes over five years of library experience and over a decade of customer service experience.
