Lydia's role as trainer and dismantler

Lydia describes her dual role in the factory. She is tasked with training new employees and with dismantling equipment.

The training Lydia offers varies considerably in complexity and time required. For some basic tasks, training might last one day. But other tasks in the factory are more complex and require more time to learn. More complex tasks include learning how to dismantle particular types of equipment and recognizing their components and materials so that they can be sorted appropriately. Proper dismantling and sorting are crucial for generating economic value from the equipment.
