Colorado State University-Pueblo Athletics
With a rich history of sports in Pueblo, the journey begins with Pueblo Junior College, opening in 1938 and hosting a wide range of athletic teams and championships throughout the years up until 1963
Starting in 1964 Southern Colorado State College, the first four year college in Pueblo, started up showing off many conference championships as well as team berths to national tournaments.
In 1975, the school changed names again to the University of Southern Colorado, this school saw the start of new sports for men, and also the start of University sponsored women's teams.
