Film and Television Music at UCLA Library Special Collections

The UCLA Library Special Collections holds a large amount of primary source materials pertaining to film and television music as well as film and television musical productions written by Jewish composers.

Collections include personal papers, collections pertaining to specific people who played a prominent role in film and television music. An example would be the Alex North Collection, or the Vic Mizzy Collection. You will also find materials pertaining to such individuals or film and/or television organizations that contain music written by Jewish composers in other collections, so be sure to use the keyword search function in the Online Archive of California, to find all available materials relating to those persons or organizations.
