The Tags Page

Tags allow you to link content in a non-linear fashion. Think of tags as a grouping function for content, rather than a sequential series of links. For instance, in this Scalar project, I have tagged all of the media together (videos, Prezi's, etc.) across its various paths. If you wish, you can experience this project solely through its visual content by exploring all of its tagged media. Like paths, you must have the content you wish to tag already uploaded so that it is available in your dashboard.

When you tag a component of your project, a tag bar will appear at the bottom of the page on which it is tagged. For instance, if you look at the bottom of this page, you will see a series of tagged media. You can click on any of these links to see the media to which the link refers.

To create a tag, go to the page featuring the content you wish to tag. Click the 'Edit' button. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'tag this page' link. Here, you will be presented with a drop-down menu featuring all of your uploaded content. Choose which media, pages, etc. you wish to tag.
