This exhibit explores the lives of the immigrant miners and steelworkers who lived and worked in Southern Colorado throughout the twentieth century. Through these efforts, we hope to connect the people of Southern Colorado to each other through our common ancestors, many of which came here for the same purpose: to provide a better life for themselves and their families through their years of employment with the Colorado Fuel & Iron Company. This project is a work in progress, as it probably always will be, and is consistently updated and expanded to provide more accurate information and to include more CF&I employees.
