Journal Entry I
My name is Mark I. and today I start my first day of work, couldn't be more excited! Basically, I get free living and I get to play video games for a living. Basically, it's paradise. I'll share more as time goes on–whoever's reading, stay tuned.
He read the entry with confusion, he never remembered writing it–how long had it been since day one of this project? He had eccentrically volunteered for some sort of video game play-test, which explained why he was in the room. How long had it been since he expressed any emotion? He had forgotten his life before the gray walls. He had not even remembered what his last name was. His curiosity drove him to resume his reading.
