Kip on Improvisation and Responsibility

Purposefulness leads to meaningful engagement in improvisation. For Kip, there is a responsibility that comes with engaging in improv, a responsibility not just for what is being created, but a responsibility to the others you are connected to through the performance. While he does not explicitly talk about connection here, we understand him to be gesturing towards a way of connecting with others through improvisation and through the ways we create meaning together.
