Greek Life Philanthropic Campus Events

Every greek organization on Muhlenberg's campus works with national philanthropies that are connected to their national organization. Every year Muhlenberg's chapters host philanthropy events that both raise money for their national organization, and also engages the Muhlenberg community as well as the Allentown community in fun filled events.

AXO Dodge Ball Tournament  
The sisters of Alpha Xi Omega had a kickball tournament to raise money money for the Turning Point Organization, this organization aims to prevent and promote awareness of domestic abuse. 

Delta Zeta Turtle Tug 

The sisters of Delta Zeta raised money for their national philanthropies including the painted turtle camp and for awareness of speech and hearing problems by having teams donate money in return for entering into a bracket tug of war over a vat of jello. 


DTD Pig Roast  

The brothers of Delta Tau Delta hold an annual pig roast in which they host a BBQ, including roasting a whole pig. The brothers raise money by selling tickets for the event


ATO and DZ Egg crack challenge 

The brothers of ATO and the sisters of DZ accepted a challenge to crack an egg over their heads in order to increase awareness of Juvenile Diabetes Research

Phi Mu Wheel of Miracles 


The sisters of Phi Mu hosted an event in which participants donated money to spin a carnival wheel for prizes. All proceeds were donated to the Children's Miracle Network which is an organization that raises money for pediatric cancer. 

Sigma Phi Epsilon Polar Plunge 
 
The brothers of Sigma Phi Epsilon participated in Habitat for Humanity's polar plunge in which the brothers plunged into freezing cold water at Dutch Springs. The event raised over $11,000 which will go towards building homes in Allentown and Bethlehem.  

DTD Dream big
The brothers of Delta Tau Delta went bald for St. Baldrick's, their national philanthropy, which  supports pediatric cancer. 


Phi Sigma Sigma School Zone 

The sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma hosted a school zone day in order to raise money for Allentown's local school district.
