Closing Thoughts
In this Scalar Book was an exploration of how non-linear films (in particular Looper) can be interpreted and what it says about us as humans. Also, what I liked about this Scalar Book is that I was able to explore three interest in how films can be understood. One, what are films as seen either educational or for entertainment. Two, what are other ways of seeing a movie. And finally, what can we say about non-linear story telling on the silver screen.
Although I have written a few words on these interests, I am not close to finishing what I still want to say. This is still a working progress. There will be some omissions and additions to sections of this Scalar Book. So, this is not the final draft. Comments and input form you (the reader) will stir debate and encourage me to make corrections and modify this piece.
My hope is that what I have written will encourage new perspective in how we see films and the direction film will take in the future.
