During my two years at UCR, I have come to realize that life as a student doesn't have to be purely about studying and stressing for four years as an undergraduate. I found a community at the UCR Library, specifically through working at the Creat'R Lab. Re-imagining my life with the innovation of both the surroundings of machines that can further empower my abilities in helping my peers in research, while also being able to cultivate my creative mind that has since been oppressed for the sake of good grades. The Creat'R Lab became a place where creative and logical minds can come together in one place. My Scotty is a representative of a design that both I and the community here have come up with, which to me shows that building together, upholding each other's passions, is what it means to be a UCR Highlander.

Undergraduate Political Science major at UCR. A creative since childhood, I further continued my artistic journey upon starting university by creating art that is inspired by my interests, and also expanded to more professional illustrations, such as logos and badges. I hope my art can become more recognizable and inspire others to keep their creativity alive.
