One of the many reasons why Jews left Iran was due to their fear of religious persecution from the newly emerging Islamic Republic. The Iranian Jewish community is one of the world’s oldest Jewish communities, dating back nearly 2.700 years. Iranian Jews take great pride in their religious community and tradition and continue to practice their Jewish faith in Los Angeles.
