Rabbi Hertzel Peer & Rabbi Dovid Loloyan: Different People, Similar Journey, Common Goal

Rabbi Loloyan and Rabbi Peer - two both Persian Chabadnick rabbis that left their hometowns in Iran, not knowing the groundbreaking impact they were one day both going to have in Los Angeles. In the San Fernando Valley, Rabbi Dovid Loloyan founded Haichal Moshe Youth in the heart of the Persian Jewish Community in Encino. Rabbi Hertzel Peer has established his territory on Pico Blvd., the epicenter for the Jewish community residing in the city. Both rabbis have dedicated their lives running from school to college giving special attention to their respective youth community.
