Biopolitics

Another great example of biopolitics negatively affecting women that we have talked about in class is the mammogram machine. Having a mammogram scan is incredibly painful, and if it weren't for the monetary price the medical world would have to endure in order to research and produce a kinder way of scanning WOMEN'S breasts, we would most likely live in a world where mammograms were less painful or pain free.
