12 Conditions
Almost every reference I can find to Bonnie Johnson is as a participant with Cheryl Clarke, Jewelle Gomez, Evelynn Hammonds, and Linda Powell in "Black Women on Black Women Writers: Conversations and Questions in Conditions: Nine (1983), an oft-cited article.
Conditions (1977-1990) described by Cheryl Clark as an "antiracist lesbian journal ....[that] created part of what Becky Thompson (2002) has called a multiracial feminist movement" has been digitized by Reveal Digital, so I'm able to explore the article, which as near as I can tell, has never been reprinted in a more accessible venue.
