Tour the "Y"

There were many amazing assets to the YMCA Building. Within its walls a Library was filled with reading eyes, an auditorium was used for man musical and theatrical events. There was also a gym where many sports including basketball, dodge ball, boxing and other social events were taking place in.  There were many classrooms in this building where kids left being in the streets and took part in education.

When the "Y" was created it brought much benefit to the community around it, helping kids stay off the streets, taking in the homeless, including aiding immigrants with ending segregation and helping them feel more accustomed to life in the United States.
