Logistics and Practicalities

SCHEDULE

The Binghamton DHRI will begin on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 and continue through Friday, May 31, 2019. All participants are expected to participate in all of the sessions. A detailed schedule of each days events can be found here.

LOCATION

The Binghamton DHRI will be held in the Zurack Family High-Technology Collaboration Center, LN-1302C. The center is located in the Libraries’ Newcomb Reading Room and is marked in blue on the map. The entrance is accessible via the Newcomb Reading Room.
 

PREPARATION and EQUIPMENT

All participants should bring a laptop, fully charged, to the sessions each day. The software needed for each session will be obtained in advance of the relevant sessions with consultation of the DHRI instructors and graduate assistants.

LUNCH and SNACKS

The DHRI will provide lunch for the participants each day, in addition to snacks, coffee, tea, and water during the sessions.
